Numbr function for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
Numbr repeats a string to the specified number of lengths.
In this video, Numbr will be used to convert a string to a number and apply it in the rule to populate the Amount measure in the Product Scorecard cube.

Numbr(String)
- String = A text string
