SecurityOverlayGlobalLockCell(LockFlag, CubeName, element1,…, elementN)

• ​CubeName = cube for security overlay setting​
• LockFlag = ‘1’ to lock and ‘0’ to unlock​
• ElementN = dimension elements creating the intersection in the cube
